Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional charge, which will be shown at checkout.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)/ Online Payment

COD is available on selected pin codes.Online payment is allowed on some places too.

7. Delays & Undelivered Orders

If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time,we are sorry for that.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package.

In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a resolution.
